We are committed to supporting the older members of our community to remain living independently in their own homes for as long as possible. We offer the following services which help to make life a little bit easier for both older people and their carers.
Meals on Wheels Service which delivers freshly cooked, nutritious meals in the Slieveardagh area.
Community Laundry Service where we can collect and deliver your laundry to your home at a reasonable cost.
Wednesday Social Club where we have lunch and entertainment here in the centre. If you are registered with the Local Link Service you can avail of the door to door service to attend.
Community education classes in areas of interest to you. We are open to all suggestions.
We work closely with local Public Health Nurses, Older People’s Council and Age Friendly Tipperary to keep our customers up to date on all the supports available for older people in the county.
